At First Thing, we want you to love your new look, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right exchange or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and affix it to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
